Boot camp refers colloquially to military recruit training. there, we have many training. Each training session runs for 45-90mins, with each course as challenging as the next, activities can include: pad work, running/ interval training, kettlebell training, endurance circuits SAQ, circuit training, tabata, core training, resistance training steep step running, assault course, swimming, tyre challenge, biathlon, stretching and more.
